Parking was limited due to ongoing work in the area. Some toiletries mysteriously went missing during our stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the heart of the old city and had an amazing experience. The hotel, Argjiro, was centrally located and easily accessible from the main road. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage and any other needs we had. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and we even received a packed breakfast when we had to leave early. I was truly impressed by the welcoming attitude of the staff at Argjiro.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the traditional Albanian style featured in the room decor, which added to the authenticity of the overall experience. the massive breakfasts offered here were both satisfying and delicious. The hotel's central location gave me the chance to fully explore the historic city and enjoy its fabulous views.

Regrettably, during my stay, the noise from the ongoing construction that is taking place near the hotel made it quite challenging to sleep or even relax. , it was quite challenging to find parking in the area, and it did not help that there was no mention of the closed roads or parking situation.

The hotel staff were amazing and went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was just next to the bazaar and very close to the city center. We were also able to easily access transportation for our day trip to Saranda.

The staff was absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. They were friendly, helpful, and always eager to assist with any request we had. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, situated in the center of the old bazaar street and just a short distance from the castle. It was convenient to explore the area and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at a well-located hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast had a large variety of choices and the rooms were clean and spacious. Although there was a slight issue with the AC, it didn't negatively impact my overall experience. I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great time during our Thanksgiving stay. the hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. the hotel is in a prime location, situated near the historic district and amazing local restaurants. the rooms were clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the view from our room, which overlooked the beautiful city.

We ended up having to use our cellular data more than we would have liked. Despite this, overall our stay was enjoyable and we would recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

The hotel is located in the heart of the market, near Kalaja e Argjirosë. It has a warm and cozy atmosphere with shared spaces to relax, read, enjoy a coffee, and admire the pleasant view. The white bedsheets are like lights. The staff is very welcoming and ready to assist with anything. The buffet breakfast is delicious, hot, and diverse. They allow early check-in and free luggage storage after check-out. Marubi's photos in the hallway added a touch of Shkodër in Gjirokastër. It's a fantastic hotel, the best in Albania.
